Your Clear Deed
The Clear Deed is the finish line: a home title, free of debt. It isn't a mortgage, and it isn't bought with a loan. You earn your way to it with equity credits — by saving, and by paying your rent on time — and consistency is what gets you there.
The Clear Deed is reached at 15,000 equity credits. Your Savings page shows your home path: your credits out of 15,000, a step for each protection you unlock on the way, and, with auto-save running, the month you're on track for. The last step, at 15,000, is rent assurance and your Clear Deed together.
When you've reached the end of the path, the Savings page reads Ready · Your Clear Deed. The next step, signing your Equity-Lease Participation Agreement (ELPA), is not available yet.
What counts toward it:
- Only equity credits. Your savings balance is your money and stays yours; the credits are what move you along the path.
- Credits can't be withdrawn or cashed in. They only go toward your Clear Deed.
How credits are earned and how they vest is in Savings and equity credits.
Membership plans
There are two membership plans. The only thing a plan changes is your equity-credit multiplier — the number your rent and bill credits are multiplied by.
Everyone joins on Standard, and joining is free. Your protections don't depend on your plan; they unlock on your equity credits. See Assurance.
Accelerated is a shortcut, not the only route: Standard reaches the same 1.5× through on-time payments. Settings → Membership → Acceleration shows whether it's on for you. Turning it on is not available yet.

Notifications
Where they arrive. The bell at the top of every page lists your latest notifications — money received, credits earned, a payment due and the like — with Mark all read and Clear all. Clearing one only takes it off the list: everything that moved money stays in Activity.
Once you're signed in, the app asks your device for permission to send notifications. If you allow it, the most important ones also arrive as push notifications when the app is closed: money received, credit, milestones, payments due and your identity check.

To stop push notifications, turn them off for the app in your device's settings.
